Recipe Soft & chewy oat & raisin cookies
Ingredients
- 750g Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 250g Macphie Flapjack Mix
- 100g dried cranberries
- 100g sultanas
- 120g water
Method Makes 12-15 cookies
Place the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix, Macphie Flapjack Mix, cranberries and sultanas into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add the water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Roll into 50g balls and place onto a lined baking tray.
Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
