Recipe Speculoos cupcakes
Ingredients
- Macphie Speculoos Frosting
- 1kg Macphie Chocolate Celebration Cake Mix
- 475g water
- 180g vegetable oil
- Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping
- Biscuit crumbs
Method
Place Macphie Chocolate Celebration Cake Mix, 300g of the water & all the oil into a machine bowl and mix for 1 min on slow speed then mix for 4 min on 2nd speed.
Place the rest of the water into the machine and mix for 2 mins on slow speed.
Place into cupcake cases at 50g.
Bake at 180°C for 25-30mins, allow to cool.
Once cool finish with Macphie Speculoos Frosting, biscuit crumbs and Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping.
