Spicy Mexican style prawn roll with Macphie Plant-base Taco Sauce


Method Makes 2 rolls

  1. Gently toast the brioche rolls on each side and then split down the middle.

  2. Fill the bottoms with shredded lettuce.

  3. Toss the cooked prawns through the Plant-based Taco Sauce and fill the rolls.

  4. Serve with lemon wedges.
