Method

  1. Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

  2. Add 120g water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.

  3. Repeat same method with Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix and 130g water.

  4. Roll into 30g balls, place together and then flatten.

  5. Bake on 170°C for approx. 15 minutes until cooked.

  6. Allow to cool.

  7. Decorate with Macphie Cookies & Cream Flavour Frosting.
