Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 100g Macphie Salted Caramel o.t.t® 
  • 20g sriracha sauce
  • 100g Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 10g cayenne pepper
  • 5g chilli flakes

Sriracha caramel chicken

  1. Makes 4 portions for a main or 8 for a starter

  2. Mix together the Macphie Salted Caramel o.t.t®  and sriracha sauce then marinade the chicken with the sauce for 1 hour

  3. Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 180oC (356oF)

  4. Once the chicken is cooked, slice and serve with the flatbreads

  5. Drizzle over the spicy nacho sauce

  6. Garnish with rocket

Flatbread

  1. Make up 2 separate dough’s, one with 10g cajun and the other with 5g turmeric

Spicy nacho sauce

  1. Mix 100g Nacho Cheese Sauce with 10g cayenne pepper and 5g chilli flakes
