1. Place Macphie Cherry Bakewell Sensation® into a bowl with water & oil and mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down the bowl.

  2. Mix for 6 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Grease and line your desired pudding basin with thinly sliced lemons and deposit cake batter 2/3rd up the pudding basin.

  4. Cover with greased tin foil and steam at 180°C for 2-2.5hours.

  5. When fully cooked remove from bowl and serve with cherry compote and Macphie Crème Anglaise.
