Recipe Steamed lemon pudding

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Lemon Sensation®
- 350g water
- 250g vegetable oil
- Sliced lemons

Method
- Place Macphie Lemon Sensation® into a bowl with water & oil and mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down the bowl.
- Mix for 6 minutes on medium speed.
- Grease and line your desired pudding basin with thinly sliced lemons and deposit cake batter 2/3rd up the pudding basin.
- Cover with greased tin foil and steam at 180°C for 2-2.5hours.
- When fully cooked remove from bowl and serve.
