Recipe Stick waffles
Ingredients
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Strawberry Flavour Icing
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing
- 1kg Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1.235kg water
- 265g melted butter
- Coloured sprinkles
- Chocolate sprinkles
Method
Place Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix in a mixer and add the liquids, mix on slow speed for 1 min, Scrape down. Mix on middle speed for 2 mins until a smooth batter is formed.
Place into a waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
Heat up Macphie 5th Avenue® icings and dip waffle into icing and decorate with sprinkles as desired.
