Recipe Sticky toffee ginger puddings
Ingredients
- 1000g Ginger Sensation®
- 1000g Macphie Sticky Toffee Sensation®
- 350g water (per 1000g of Sensation® mix)
- 250g vegetable oil (per 1000g of Sensation® mix)
- Macphie Crème Anglaise
Method
Individually place each of the Macphie Sensation® mixes, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.
Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.
Put each of the batters into piping bags, pipe alternate batters into muffin cases (120g total in each muffin case).
Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with Macphie Crème Anglaise.
