1. Individually place each of the Macphie Sensation® mixes, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.

  4. Put each of the batters into piping bags, pipe alternate batters into muffin cases (120g total in each muffin case).

  5. Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.

  6. Serve with Macphie Crème Anglaise.
