Recipe Sticky toffee loaf cake
Ingredients
- 1000g Sticky Toffee Sensation®
- 350g water
- 250 vegetable oil
Method Makes 4 loaf cakes
Place Sticky Toffee Sensation® in a bowl and beat on slow whilst gradually adding the water and oil for 1 minute, then scrape down.
Mix for a further 2 minutes on medium, then reduce to slow and mix for a final minute.
Deposit 350-400g into a lined loaf cake tin and bake at 180°C/160°C Fan for approximately 40-50 minutes.
