Recipe Sticky toffee muffins
Ingredients
- 1000g Sticky Toffee Sensation®
- 350g water
- 250 vegetable oil
Method
Place Sticky Toffee Sensation® in a bowl and beat on slow whilst gradually adding the water and oil for 1 minute, then scrape down.
Mix for a further 2 minutes on medium, then reduce to slow and mix for a final minute.
Deposit 75g into paper cases on muffin trays and bake at 185°C / 165°C fan for approximately 30 minutes.
