Recipe Sticky Toffee Pudding

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Sticky Toffee Sensation®
- 350g water
- 250g vegetable oil
- Macphie Toffee Sauce
- 500g Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative
- 50g sugar

Method Makes 13 puddings
Place Macphie Sticky Toffee Sensation® into a bowl with water & oil and mix on slow speed for 1 minute, then scrape down.
Mix for 6 minutes on medium speed.
Grease your desired pudding basin and deposit the cake batter 2/3rd up the pudding basin.
Cover with greased tin foil and steam at 100°C for 1 hour until cooked.
When fully cooked remove from bowl and serve with warm Macphie Toffee Sauce Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative or ice cream (see below to make using Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative).
To make the ice cream, mix sugar and 500g of the Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative. Pour into a table top churner and mix until it thickens (time will depend on machine). Place into a tub and freeze.
