Method

  1. Mix the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix with the freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate chunks, add the water and mix until a dough is formed.

  2. Roll into 60g balls and place into the fridge, allow to chill for at least 1 hour.

  3. Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.

  4. Allow to cool.

  5. Decorate with Macphie Vanilla Frosting, Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping and a jammy biscuit.
