Recipe Strawberry biscuit loaded cookie
Ingredients
- Macphie Vanilla Frosting
- Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- 25g freeze dried raspberries
- 150g white chocolate chunks
- Jammie biscuits
Method
Mix the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix with the freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate chunks, add the water and mix until a dough is formed.
Roll into 60g balls and place into the fridge, allow to chill for at least 1 hour.
Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.
Allow to cool.
Decorate with Macphie Vanilla Frosting, Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping and a jammy biscuit.
