Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Madeira Cake Mix (or Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix or Sponge Mix)
- 144g cake margarine
- 400g water
- 20g pink food colouring
- Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping
- Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative (or Mactop® Extra or Mactop® Traditional)
- Freeze dried strawberry pieces

Method:
- Place 1kg of Macphie Madeira Cake Mix & the cake margarine into a machine bowl fitted with a beater and blend together until fully mixed through.
- Put the pink food colouring into the water. Stream in the water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down. Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed and then a final min on slow speed. Deposit batter into 800g trays and bake for approx. 30 minutes at 180°C. Once baked, cut the slab into small bite sized pieces.
- Layer some freeze dried strawberry pieces at the bottom of the jar and place some sponge pieces on top. Spread a layer of Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping, followed by some whipped Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative followed by sponge.
- Repeat steps above until you reach the top and then spread a final layer of Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative & decorate as desired.
