Method

  1. In prebaked pastry cases fill with a strawberry jam/compote of your choice.

  2. Leave to set, boil your Macphie Crème Brulée mix flavoured with some elderflower to taste for 1 minute then pour over the top of the strawberry filling.

  3. Once set, whip Macphie Mactop® Traditional.

  4. Once whipped pipe on the tart, garnish with strawberries and lemon zest and enjoy!
