Recipe Strawberry-topped waffles
Ingredients
- 1Kg Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 265g melted butter
- 235g water
- Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
- Fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
Method Makes up to 6 waffles
Place Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk, add liquids and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until a smooth batter is formed
Pour a ladle of the waffle mix in a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden and crisp
While the waffle is still warm, top the waffle with strawberry ice cream, the fresh strawberries and lots of Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
