Recipe Sunday roast pizza
Ingredients
- 300g ready-to-use pizza dough
- Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce
- Pre-cooked and chilled Sunday roast vegetables
- Pre cooked and chilled roast potatoes
- Grated mozzarella
- Ready cooked Yorkshire pudding
- Macphie Demi-Glace
Method
Roll or stretch the pizza dough out on a floured surface.
Cove the base with Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce.
Load the pizza up with your Sunday roast vegetables, potatoes and mozzarella.
Bake in a hot oven until the base is cooked and the crusts are brown and crispy.
Finish with a warm Yorkshire Pudding filled with hot Macphie Demi-Glace and drizzle of more hot Macphie Demi-Glace.
