Method

  1. Roll or stretch the pizza dough out on a floured surface.

  2. Cove the base with Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce.

  3. Load the pizza up with your Sunday roast vegetables, potatoes and mozzarella.

  4. Bake in a hot oven until the base is cooked and the crusts are brown and crispy.

  5. Finish with a warm Yorkshire Pudding filled with hot Macphie Demi-Glace and drizzle of more hot Macphie Demi-Glace.
