Ingredients
- Broken waffle cones and biscuits
- Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- Broken brownie pieces (make using Macphie Brownie Mix)
- Toffee popcorn
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Speculoos Caramelised Biscuit Flavour dessert topping.
- Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative
- 100g sugar
Method Makes 2-3 servings
Arrange the broken waffle cones and biscuits in a plate or bowl.
Top using the Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, broken brownie pieces, toffee popcorn.
Place required amount of Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative into a bucket.
Add sugar into Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative and stir until dissolved.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and let it freeze.
Place a ball of the ice cream in the middle of the dish.
Top with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Speculoos Caramelised Biscuit Flavour dessert topping or o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping or o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping.
