Recipe Sweet potato fries with nacho dip
Ingredients
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Spice (chipotle powder or smoked paprika or Cajun seasoning)
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
Toss with some olive oil and sprinkle with spice (as desired).
Bake the sweet potato fries in the oven for 20 minutes.
Heat up Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce gently (can be served cold).
Place sweet potato fries onto desired serving plate and serve with a dip pot of Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
