• Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce
  • Thinly sliced sweet potatoes
  • Roasted pulled chicken
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Frozen peas
  • Mint
  • Chilli
  • Lemon juice 
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pickled red onions


  1. Wash the sweet potato slices and dry thoroughly.

  2. Fry the sweet potato in hot oil until crispy. Season with salt.

  3. Blend the frozen peas in a food processor with the chilli, mint, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  4. Warm your peas and pulled chicken and scatter over your crispy sweet potatoes.

  5. Crumble the feta on top, followed by the pickled onions and warm Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce.
