Recipe Swiss roll trifle

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Chocolate Sponge Mix
- 550g water
- Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- Selection of frozen berries
- Dried flowers

Method
Add the water to the Macphie Chocolate Sponge Mix and whisk for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down. Whisk on middle speed for 10-15 minutes followed by 1-2 minutes on slow speed.
Deposit on a 75cm x 75cm sheet and bake at 250°C for 5-7 minutes.
Allow to cool whilst covered with a towel.
Whip the Macphie Mactop® Traditional to 3 times its volume and add any flavours you would like.
Spread the Macphie Mactop® Traditional over the sponge and roll up tightly, allow to set up in the freezer.
Slice into pieces and arrange in a large glass trifle bowl, layered with frozen raspberries and Macphie Mactop® Traditional.
Finish with frozen berries and dried flowers.
