Recipe Swiss Rolls
Ingredients
- 800g Macphie Sponge Mix
- 400g water
- Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- Jam

Method
- Add the water to the Macphie Sponge Mix and whisk for 1 minute on slow speed.
- Scrape down.
- Whisk on middle speed for 10-15 minutes followed by 1-2 minutes on slow speed.
- Deposit 1200g into a 30” x 18” tray and spread level.
- Bake at 240oC (460oF)for 5 minutes
- Allow to cool.
- Spread with whipped Mactop® Traditional and jam and roll.
