Method

  1. Toast the brioche buns and put to one side.

  2. Season the beef patties well and sear on a hot griddle whilst pressing with a weight or a pan so they spread out nice and thin.

  3. When both sides are well coloured, layer them on the bottom of the toasted brioche with Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce layered in-between the patties.

  4. Invert the bun top so the toasted side is facing upwards (because apparently, it’s cool!)

  5. Spread with burger sauce and load the pickles, lettuce and onions on top.
