Recipe Tiramisu Brownie
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Brownie mix
- 130g Oil
- 290g Water
- 20 Sponge fingers
- 50g Coffee
- 50g Tia Maria
- 100g Mascarpone
- 100g Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- 50g Golden caster sugar
- Coco powder
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Brownie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow speed.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Use a 7×12 tray and deposit 1kg of mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 175°C.
Dip the sponge fingers in the coffee/ Tia maria mix and place on top of the cooled brownie.
Put the Macphie Mactop® Traditional, mascarpone and golden caster sugar in a large bowl.
Whisk until the Macphie Mactop® Traditional and mascarpone have completely combined and have the consistency of thick whipped cream.
Place on top of the soaked sponge fingers.
Dust with coco powder and a chocolate garnish to finish.
