Recipe Tiramisu Matcha Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- 20 Sponge fingers
- 50g Coffee
- 50g Tia Maria
- 30g Matcha powder
- 100g Mascarpone
- 100g Cream cheese
Method
Dip the sponge fingers in the coffee/ Tia maria mix and place into a square tin.
Put the Macphie Mactop® Traditional, mascarpone and cream cheese in a large bowl.
Whisk until the Macphie Mactop® Traditional, mascarpone and cream cheese have completely combined and have the consistency of thick whipped cream.
Place a layer of the Macphie Mactop® Traditional mix onto of the sponge fingers.
Add another layer of sponge fingers and pipe the rest of the Macphie Mactop® Traditional mix onto the final layer.
Dust with Matcha powder to finish.
