Recipe Tiramisu muffins

Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix
- 350g whole egg
- 300g vegetable oil or 240g cake margarine
- 225g water
- Macphie Mactop® Extra
- Espresso shot
- Cocoa powder

Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the oil/margarine and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. 3. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.
Pipe into muffin cases and bake for approx. 30 mins at 180⁰C.
Once muffins are cooled, blend whipped Macphie Mactop® Extra with a shot of espresso.
Pipe small bulbs on top of the muffin and dust with cocoa powder.
