Method Makes 12 jars

  1. Place the Macphie Mississippi Toffee Muffin & Cake Mix water & oil into a machine bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 6 minutes on medium speed and a final minute on slow speed.

  4. Deposit batter into 800g trays and bake for approx. 30 minutes at 180°C. Once baked, cut the slab into small bite sized pieces.

  5. Layer some Macphie Toffee Sauce at the bottom of the jar and place some sponge pieces on top.

  6. Spread a layer of Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping followed by some whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional.

  7. Repeat above steps until you reach the top and then spread a final layer of Macphie o.t.t® Toffee Flavour dessert topping & decorate as desired.
