Method

  1. Slice your cooked pork belly into cubes.

  2. Deep fry at 180⁰c for approx. 5/8 mins – until  it is golden and crispy.

  3. Place the pork belly bites into a bowl and whilst they are still hot toss with a generous amount of Macphie sau-ci o.t.t® Spicy Jalapeño savoury topping.

  4. Garnish with diced pineapple.
