Recipe Tossed pork belly bites with diced pineapple

Ingredients
- Macphie sau-ci o.t.t® Spicy Jalapeño savoury topping
- Diced pineapple
- Pork belly bites

Method
Slice your cooked pork belly into cubes.
Deep fry at 180⁰c for approx. 5/8 mins – until it is golden and crispy.
Place the pork belly bites into a bowl and whilst they are still hot toss with a generous amount of Macphie sau-ci o.t.t® Spicy Jalapeño savoury topping.
Garnish with diced pineapple.
