Recipe Triple chocolate muffins
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Chocolate American Cake & Muffin Mix
- 400g water
- 200g vegetable oil
- Macphie Chocolate Fine Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow®
- 100g milk chocolate chips
- 100g white chocolate chips
Method
Place Macphie American Chocolate Cake & Muffin Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the vegetable oil and water and mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.
Mix for a further 6 minutes on medium speed and add in the milk and white chocolate chips.
Mix for a final minute on slow speed.
Pour into muffin cases at 120g, bake at 180°C for 30-35 mins.
Allow to cool, finish with Macphie Chocolate Fine Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow®.
