Recipe Tropical Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix
- 200g water
- 350g egg
- 300g vegetable oil
- 100g Macphie Vanilla frosting coloured pink
- 100g Macphie Vanilla frosting coloured blue
- 100g Macphie Vanilla frosting coloured yellow
- 100g Macphie Vanilla frosting coloured orange

Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the vegetable oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.
Bake at 180⁰C for 20-25 minutes.
Beat Macphie Vanilla Frosting with yellow food colouring. Place the frosting into a pipping bag with a starred nozzle.
Beat Macphie Vanilla Frosting with red food colouring. Place the frosting into a pipping bag with a starred nozzle.
Beat Macphie Vanilla Frosting with blue food colouring. Place the frosting into a pipping bag with a starred nozzle.
Beat Macphie Vanilla Frosting orange. Place the frosting into a pipping bag with a starred nozzle.
Also place into another piping bag plain Macphie Vanilla Frosting with a starred nozzle.
Decorate as desired.
