Recipe Tropical fruit sundae
Ingredients
- Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mango & Passionfruit dessert topping
- Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative (whipped and made into soft serve ice cream)
- 1 watermelon
- 1 pineapple
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 2 white peaches
Method Makes 3 to 4 portions
Prepare and dice the fruit into equal sizes and skewer together
Drizzle a good amount of Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mango & Passionfruit dessert topping in the bottom of the glass
Add soft serve ice cream
Finish with the fruit skewer and drizzled with more Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mango & Passionfruit dessert topping
