Method

  1. Cook the turkey burgers in a pan with a  small amount of oil until cook through, allow to rest for 5 minutes.

  2. Toast the brioche buns.

  3. Peel and smash the avocado with a good squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt.

  4. Mix some Macphie sau-ci o.t.t® Spicy Jalapeño savoury topping through the Sweetcorn Pico de Gallo to taste.

  5. Smother the burger in the Macphie sau-ci o.t.t® Spicy Jalapeño savoury topping, Sweetcorn Pico de Gallo mix.

  6. Build and garnish the burger as required.
