Recipe Turkey burgers with spicy jalapeño sweetcorn Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
- Macphie sau-ci o.t.t® Spicy Jalapeño savoury topping
- Brioche bun's
- Turkey burgers
- Sweetcorn Pico de Gallo
- Avocado
- Lime

Method
Cook the turkey burgers in a pan with a small amount of oil until cook through, allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Toast the brioche buns.
Peel and smash the avocado with a good squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt.
Mix some Macphie sau-ci o.t.t® Spicy Jalapeño savoury topping through the Sweetcorn Pico de Gallo to taste.
Smother the burger in the Macphie sau-ci o.t.t® Spicy Jalapeño savoury topping, Sweetcorn Pico de Gallo mix.
Build and garnish the burger as required.
