Ingredients
- 500g Macphie Vegan Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
- 175g Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping
- 4 large ripe bananas
- 240g water
- 135g vegetable or other unflavoured oil

Method Makes 12 portions
With a hand or stand-up mixer, beat the Macphie Vegan Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix with the water and oil until combined, scrape down the sides and then beat again on a medium speed for 6 minutes
Grease and line a 23cm cake tin. Peel and cut the bananas lengthways. Add the Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping to the base of the tin, spread evenly and then place your bananas flesh side down evenly covering the base of the tin
Pour the batter on top of the bananas and level out with a spatula. Bake in the oven for 55-60 minutes (until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean)
Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a plate. Best served warm but also delicious at room temperature
