Recipe Valentine’s Red Velvet cakes

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 340g whole egg
- 280g vegetable oil
- 210g water
- Macphie Rainbow Frosting Strawberry Flavour
- Macphie Sweet Snow®

Method
Place the Macphie Red Velvet Cake Mix in a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle, beat on slow speed whilst gradually adding the egg, vegetable oil and water for 1 minute, scrape down
Beat for a further 3 minutes on middle speed. Mix for a final minute on slow speed
Bake in a large lined baking tray for 30-40 minutes on 180°C
Leave to cool then cut out heart shapes with different sized heart cutters
Pipe with Macphie Rainbow Frosting Strawberry Flavour to make sandwiches
Dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®
