Recipe Vanilla & violet cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix
- Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla
- 170g vegetable oil
- 370g water
- 30g vegan suitable glycerine
- 15g violet flavour & colour
Method
Mix the Macphie Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix and liquids (including violet flavouring) on slow speed for 1 minute.
Scrape down then mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
Deposit 60g into standard cupcake cases and bake at 180°C for 28-30 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Decorate with dual piping of Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla and violet frosting (colour and flavour the vanilla frosting to taste).
