Ingredients

  • 1000g Macphie Premium Doughnut Concentrate
  • 84g cold water
  • 80g yeast
  • 1000g bread flour
  • Macphie 5th Avenue® Icing
  • Macphie Luxury Fillings (if desired)
  • Macphie Raspberry ku-li® fruit coulis
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Milk

Method

  1. Make up the doughnuts using Macphie Premium Doughnut concentrate as per TIS sheet.
  2. Once doughnuts are ready, use Luxury Fillings to fill and 5th Avenue Icings to finish as desired. For the freakshake shown in the picture, we filled a plastic syringe with raspberry fruit ku-li® which customers could use to fill their own doughnuts.
  3. To prepare the milkshake, blend vanilla ice cream and milk together.
  4. Before pouring into the glass, pour more raspberry fruit ku-li® around the rim of the glass and let it pour down the sides.
  5. Pour in the milkshake and pop the doughnut on top. Add more raspberry ku-li® if required.
