Recipe Vegan macaroni pizza

Ingredients
- 300g ready-to-use pizza dough
- 100g vegan mozzarella
- Sliced beef tomato
- 300g Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce
- 150g cooked macaroni

Method
Roll or stretch your pizza base out on a floured surface.
Mix the cooked macaroni with the Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce and cover the pizza base.
Lay sliced of beef tomato on top of the macaroni cheese, followed by the vegan mozzarella.
Bake in a hot oven until the base is cooked, the edges are brown and crispy and the macaroni cheese is golden brown.
