Recipe Viennese rainbow swirls

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Viennese Mix
- 500g butter or margarine
- Food colourings

Method Makes 10-12 biscuits
Place Macphie Viennese Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the softened butter and mix on slow speed until fat is dispersed. Mix on medium speed for 5 minutes.
Split the mix into 5 and colour each of them with the food colourings.
Roll each colour into a sausage shape, then press them together lengthways and put the mix into the piping bag with a star nozzle.
Pipe in rounds onto a silicone baking mat.
Bake for 15 mins at 190⁰C. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
