Recipe Viennese Shells

Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Viennese Mix
- 500g margarine or softened butter
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing
- Macphie Sweet Snow®

Method
- Place the Macphie Viennese Mix in a mixing bowl and add the fat (suitable softened).
- Mix on slow speed for approximately 30 seconds or until the fat is evenly dispersed.
- Mix on medium for a further 5 minutes.
- Deposit into a shell shape using a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
- Bake at 190oC (375oF)for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Decorate with Macphie 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing & sprinkle with Sweet Snow®.
