Viennese Shells


  1. Place the Macphie Viennese Mix in a mixing bowl and add the fat (suitable softened).

  2. Mix on slow speed for approximately 30 seconds or until the fat is evenly dispersed.

  3. Mix on medium for a further 5 minutes.

  4. Deposit into a shell shape using a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.

  5. Bake at 190oC (375oF) for 15 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Decorate with Macphie 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing & sprinkle with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
