Method

  1. Mix the Macphie Shortbread Mix with the softened butter until a dough is formed.

  2. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before rolling out to 1cm in thickness.

  3. Cut out with required cutters, place onto a tray and allow to rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  4. Bake on 150°C for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden.

  5. Pin and cut out the icings to create the decorations that you need.
