Recipe Watermelon and pineapple cookies
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Shortbread Mix
- 400g softened butter
- Coloured icing’s (pink, white, orange, green)
Method
Mix the Macphie Shortbread Mix with the softened butter until a dough is formed.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before rolling out to 1cm in thickness.
Cut out with required cutters, place onto a tray and allow to rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Bake on 150°C for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden.
Pin and cut out the icings to create the decorations that you need.
