Recipe Welsh Rarebit style sauce
Ingredients
- 250g Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- 6 slices of bread
- Butter
- 1 tsp marmite
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Method Makes 6 portions
In a pan heat the Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
When hot add the Dijon and Worcestershire Sauce and stir in.
Butter both sides of the bread then grill until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the cheese sauce mixture into serving dish then drizzle the marmite over the sauce
Cut toast into portions and serve.
