Recipe White chocolate & strawberry cookie
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- 200g bake stable white chocolate chunks
- Macphie Buttercream Frosting
- Strawberries
Method
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add water and white chocolate chunks mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Bake on 170°C for approx. 15 minutes until cooked.
Allow to cool.
Decorate with Macphie Buttercream Frosting, freeze dried strawberry crumbs and fresh strawberries.
