Recipe White chocolate sweet pizza cookie
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping
- Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pieces
- Confectionery of your choice
Method Makes 6 servings
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle. Add the water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Roll the dough into two 7inch pizza bases and chill for 30 minutes.
Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
Leave the cookies to cool on the tray before moving them to a cooling rack.
Decorate your ‘pizzas’ with the Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and confectionery.
Finish with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping.
