Recipe Yorkie wrap
Ingredients
- Macphie Southern Style Gravy
- 1 large yorkie
- 3 roast potatoes
- 3 pigs in blankets cooked and chopped
- 5 cooked sprouts
- 3 slices of roast beef
- 1 roast parsnip
- 1 roast carrot
- 50g salted butter
- Thyme
- Garlic
Method
In a suitable frying pan, heat olive oil over a medium heat add half the butter and bring to a foam.
Once foaming add the garlic and thyme, chopped roast potatoes, pigs and blankets, chopped roast carrot, chopped roast parsnip and sprouts.
Carefully roast for a few minutes until caramelised, pour out into a bowl and pick out the thyme and garlic.
Gently heat the yorkie and the roast beef in an oven at 160°C for 3 mins.
Place all the roasted Ingredients into the middle of the yorkie and fold in either side overlapping the edges tightly.
Serve with warmed Macphie Southern Style Gravy perfect for dipping into.
