    Heat Macphie Hollandaise in pan and remove from heat just before boiling point.

    Half and toast the muffin.

    Poach the egg.

    Wilt the spinach in a pan with warm oil.

    Assemble muffin, spinach and egg on muffin.

    Pour over Macphie Hollandaise, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and flash under grill.
