Method

    1. _mg_0072Place Brownie Mix and vegetable oil into a machine bowl and blend together
    2. Gradually add the water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed
    3. Scrape down and mix for a further minute on slow speed
    4. Deposit 800g into a greased tin
    5. Cover the surface of the brownie mix with crushed pistachios and bake for 35 minutes at 360°C
    6. Once cool, cut to desired shape

  • Pistachios (crushed)
