1. Add Macphie Chocolate Orange Sensations® Mix to a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
    2. On slow speed, add the water and oil over 1 minute.
    3. Scrape down and continue mixing on medium speed for a further 2 minutes.
    4. Reduce to slow speed and mix for a final 1 minute.
    5. Deposit 260g into 6” diameter sponge tins.
    6. Bake at 180oC (360oF) for approximately 25 – 30 minutes.
    7. Layer the cakes with Macphie Rainbow Frostings and decorate for Halloween.
