- Place Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing in a bain-marie, or plastic container in a micro-wave, and heat to 60ºC (140ºF).
- Stir regularly to ensure the heat is evenly distributed.
- Blend in broken digestive biscuits (not crumbs).
- Stir in until fully covered and add mini marshmallows.
- Press into greased 7” x 12” foil trays.
- Sprinkle a few extra marshmallows on top.
- Leave to set, dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
- Cut into small squares and serve.
