1. Place Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing in a bain-marie, or plastic container in a micro-wave, and heat to 60ºC (140ºF).
    2. Stir regularly to ensure the heat is evenly distributed.
    3. Blend in broken digestive biscuits (not crumbs).
    4. Stir in until fully covered and add mini marshmallows.
    5. Press into greased 7” x 12” foil trays.
    6. Sprinkle a few extra marshmallows on top.
    7. Leave to set, dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
    8. Cut into small squares and serve.
