Recipe Espresso Brownie
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Brownie Mix
- 290g water
- 130g vegetable oil
- Coffee granules (diluted in warm water)
- Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing
- Cocoa powder
- Coffee beans
- Coffee Flavouring
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Brownie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow speed. Add coffee granules.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.
1.For 18×30 sheets, deposit between 4-5kg.
Bake for 50-55 minutes at 175⁰C.
Mix coffee granules with ice with Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing.
Cover with icing and dust with cocoa powder and finish with a coffee bean.
