If the answer is a resounding YES, keep reading, because we are on the lookout to expand our busy Finance team, with an Accounts Team Leader, to lead a small but very impactful team.  This is a Monday to Friday working schedule and can be based at either our office in Tannochside in Uddingston, Glasgow or our Head office in Glenbervie, Aberdeenshire, however, time spent between both sites will be required.

What You’ll Do: 📊

As our AP/AR Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of 3 staff members, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day operations. From monitoring workload to achieving cash targets, you’ll play a key role in driving success within our finance department.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading and mentoring the AP/AR team.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for queries and escalations.
  • Collaborating with the Financial Controller to review financial data.
  • Managing key customer accounts and facilitating cash collection.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Working to set KPI and objectives for you and your team.
